Where your body belongs



Dig into yourself once and for all.. then relax.
"And to be truly happy, you have to be actively involved in the direction of your life."

1.          Live the next months in places where your body feels like it belongs, with hearts that feel light and warm.
2.          Do not spend money on things that do not make you happy, only for the purpose of passing time.
3.          You do have potential, get to know it, test it and show it.
4.          Take good care of yourself, self-love is where it all begins my friend.  
5.          Rest when you feel like it; start listening to your body.
6.          Breathe
7.          Love your parents
8.          Do not talk shit about people, do not talk about people even, talk about life and moments filled with goosebumps.
9.          Do not feel bad about your unresolved feelings, express them in whichever way you feel comfortable and liberating.
10.       Secrets are called secrets for a reason, it is not your story to tell.
11.       Be disciplined – in time, behavior, and looks.
12.       Do not be overly-disciplined – especially in love.
13.       Be brave, risk it to get the warm biscuit.
14.       Have confidence in your belonging.
15.       Trust your damn energy and what it has to tell you.
16.       Everyone is busy, it is really nothing personal, and believe or not, it is mostly not about you.
17.       Do not look for love, do not sweat for things that are meant to be.
18.       Do not bleed out of your capacity.
19.       Bleed for better reasons.
20.       Declutter, declutter, declutter.
21.       You will belong, soon enough.
22.       Do not be a secondary character in your own story.
23.       Feel easy in your own skin, and do not be too hard on yourself.
24.       Choose your battles.
25.       Find your golden mean and let it shine through you.
26.       If you open yourself to opportunities, they will come running back in and meet you half way.
27.       Before you blame someone for being ignorant, educate them, if they still choose to be, then let them be and continue doing your thing, at least you did your part.
28.       We are passing by in this ancient huge universe, there is no need to stress about the purpose of your existence; live, choose not to be a demon; and let live.
29.       Stop hearing things and start listening.
30.       Someone’s intention is different than their behavior, learn to differentiate and act upon it.
31.       Someone’s feeling is different than their action, try to understand it.
32.       The actions we take in our lives live long after us, engrave goodness.
33.       Every day you wake up and have a choice to be kind, choose it above all.
34.       Feel your heart, it is alive, it is pumping blood; let that alone cause you pleasure.
35.       Carry yourself beautifully and with confidence.
36.       Invest in yourself.
37.       Heal yourself before you go healing others.
38.       Start your day by making your bed, other tasks will seem easier after.
39.       You get to choose who you are sharing your day with.
40.       Do not let people guilt-trip you into doing things, identify emotional abuse when you see it.
41.       Things you should not allow: abuse (mental, physical, emotional, and financial), emotional dependency, guilt-trips, crossing boundaries, self-harm.
42.       Be smart enough to either – pack and run – or – stop and play -; regarding people, jobs and situations.
43.       Take it easy on yourself, give yourself space for growth and self-acceptance.
44.       Your pain and period of growth are worth it at the end – trust me.
45.       Do not follow the social norms without analyzing whether they go with your mindset.
46.       Create a sense of belonging and a safe place; it can be a person, a book, or a pet.
47.       Read books and learn about everything, there is nothing more beautiful than being a part of the world and its history and presence.
48.       Awareness; be aware of life, nature, your presence and your actions.
49.       Be conscious, there is a smaller margin for failure or disappointment if you are conscious.
50.       Deliver what you have promised and be reliable.
51.       There is a sweet spot in all areas; music, art, and humans; learn about yours in life and dance in it.
52.       Aim for greatness.
53.       Embrace the pleasures of existence than those of consumption.
54.       Invest in your mental health in whichever way you find comfortable, only do things when you are ready, and do them for yourself.
55.       Take some time to reflect on routinely basis, whether daily at night, every weekend or end of month, it is good to set your priorities straight and know where to invest and what to repair.
56.       Create a 90-day routine of small goals to achieve on your way to your bigger goals, it is more traceable and less pressuring than having big goals set with no timeline.
57.       Your energy says a lot about you, make sure you understand what you are channeling and be in touch with yourself.
58.       Draw, sing, and do whatever hobby you fancy with all splashes of beautiful chaos.
59.       When your mind starts drifting into a bad pattern of thoughts, you have the power to stop and divert it, own this power and do not fall for defeat, remember that you are power.
60.       One of my absolute favorite things; make a smile a part of every interaction and as an action when you feel too tied up into your own head, you then start a chemical reaction in yourself and produce endorphins (happy and stress relieving hormones) and immediately feel better.
61.       Life can be stressful and harder on some days, develop coping mechanisms and skills of resilience to get you through more easily.
62.       Happiness is a learnt set of tools and practices, start learning yours.
63.       Do not be afraid to experience your emotions, they help you adapt to new circumstances, challenges, and opportunities, whether Happiness, Anger, Fear or Sadness.. These emotions enable you to meet particular needs in specific contexts, understand your emotions and trigger points, and understand how to deal with them.
64.       "Happiness is a single term, but it refers to a rainbow of different flavors of emotion: Some make us more energetic, some slow us down; some make us feel closer to other people, some make us more generous".
65.       Learn how to respond, not how to react.
66.       Pay attention to how people react to your news, whether good or bad. It says a lot about them.
67.       When you start being aware of your own patterns, you get notice of your own psychology.
68.       Do not be afraid to ask, ignorance is not always a bliss.
69.       At work or life, go to the source, take charge, and do not take advice from in-betweeners.
70.       Try to keep your gratitude higher than your expectations, you will have better days.
71.       Try to be as transparent as you can with yourself and with others, you will feel more at peace and people will be more comfortable around you.
72.       Carry yourself beautifully.

73.       Build generational wealth; whether that is money, safety, or love. 
74.       Fortune favors the bold.
75.       Stand in your personal power and demand your worth.
76.       Don't keep hesitating, it will exhaust you.

77.       Apathy never built anything.
78.       Feel the fear, and do it anyway,
79.       What is the opposite of progress? Chaos.
80.       What gets measured, gets done.
81.       Serve the energy of your soul.
